Article 9 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 Promotion Intelligence Pension Benefit passed during the approval of the appeal of the Supreme Court employee, who claimed progress including cancellation of the notification under which the other employee was promoted to the Director General. The post was promoted. The court directed the department to consider the fitness of the deceased employee and another employee. After the employee's death, his legal heirs were not included as a party; in the absence of the deceased employee's legal heirs, an inquiry into his merits would not be appropriate. The case letter grant order was acquitted and the appellate authority was instructed to reconsider the case of both employees as per the High Court's directive if the late employee was found to be entitled to promotion to the post of Director General in accordance with the law.
