Article 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Acquisition of the land was approved by the unpaid order collector without any use and without reference to the documents submitted by the petitioners which was not in accordance with the first order of the High Court. This order was not challenged, which was ultimately obtained by the Land Acquisition Collector, in which case, the dispute between the duties was bound to be resolved in accordance with the High Court order, such order of the Collector. The High Court set aside and the Collector was directed to decide the matter after strict application of the law in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
