Appeal to the High Court against Section 22 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Section 5, 29 (2) and Article 156 Banking Court Decision / Decree, Delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1908, under General Law, The 90-day period for filing the first appeal before the High Court has been advised under Article 156 of the Limitation Act, 1908. The present appeal was run by the provisions of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finance) Ordinance 2001, a special law. And the period of section 22 (1) 30 was fixed on the day of filing such appeal. Such special law provided for the filing of the present appeal under section 5 I had provided a different period of limitation than the law, so the existing appeal under Section 5, the Limitation Act, 1908, was misconstrued and was not sustained.
