SADAQAT ALI versus ADDITIONAL SESSIONS JUDGE/JUSTICE OF PEACE, GUJRANWALA
Section 22 A Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 (1) (a) (i) Complaint of Formation of Instructions to the Police Officers of the Former Official Justice of Peace for the Constitution. The constitutional application of the law to act in accordance with the law would require the applicant to make such a request to maintain such instructions / orders would mean that the High Court was instructing the police authorities not to act in accordance with the law. Which was not its constitutional mandate, the High Court could not prevent any authority from acting or acting. Neither the law nor its constituent mandate can avail of the free treatment of the probe by the investigating agency. Former Official Justice of the Peace should be dealt with according to his orders and directions if the police officer / officer, if any, is found responsible for such neglect and so on. The High Court rejects the constitutional request as the police order, 2002, strongly initiated and proceeded against it.
