Section 9 (2) (3) user admitted to obtaining financial services but refused to submit as shown in the statement of accounts offered by bank transfer entries and neither of these accounts were shown. The account from which this exchange was made, and the accounts in which the transfer was directed, was a basic document that covers its legal duty under Section 9 (2), the Financial Institutions (Finance) Ordinance, 2001. Filed by a financial institution for filing, the filing of such a document was not only a formal matter but a necessary exercise. In an account statement, the obligation to support the claim made in Plaintiff was also mandated by Section 9 (3) of the Ordinance, in which the plaintiff was specifically told that he was entitled to the money received. The purpose of a consumer account is to present to the banking court the true financial value of a customer's account, offering a fully integrated picture of the money, payment dates, and customer-paid balance and other amounts that include the transaction history. The responsibility was to be able to set transparently, who, like the present case, had admitted to obtaining financial services but was unable to pay their due diligence. Refused to comply with the Bank's rules. General Chat Chat Lounge r \ n
