DR. MUHAMMAD SALEEM MALIK versus GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN

Arts 199 and 212 Service Tribunal Jurisdiction Bar Service initiated disciplinary proceedings relating to the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court, complaining of government employees that authorities had initiated and directed disciplinary proceedings against them. It was made that there was no legal action on forced leave. The terms and conditions of the persons provided for in Article 212 (1) (a) of the Constitution but also include regulatory matters whose terms and conditions of service have been extended by the Service Tribunal. The provisions of Article 212 of the Constitution operate as a restriction of constitutional jurisdiction, although a final order cannot be sent even though the merit by the authorities can be examined unless a High Court jurisdiction is requested. Retention was excluded due to the bar of Article 1212 of the custody application
