The Arts 20, 36 (3), 227 and 199 intra-court appealed for freedom to claim religion and to manage religious institutions. Under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Protection of Minorities, the applicant was admitted to instruct the provincial government to ban the book qu God. Special Representatives and to prevent respondents from preaching and presenting the Christianity program in Pakistan, Article 20 of the Constitution requires every citizen to acknowledge, act and preach about their religion and every religious community and every profession. Fundamental Rights have the right to establish, maintain and manage their religious institutions. The applicant failed to identify and deal with any argument as to how the defendant's actions were against any particular law, public order or morality to exclude the application of Article 20. Under Article 227 of the Constitution, the applicant's reliance was unconstitutional as his clause (s) ensures that - from anything in this section to the non-Muslim citizens' personal laws or their status as citizens. Status will not be affected. Rather, Article 20 of the Constitution is strengthened and in accordance with the principles of policy in which it is incorporated. In Article 36 of the Constitution, welfare and religion are the hallmarks of Islam and the faith of Muslims and are reflected in the Articles 20, 36 and 227 (3) of the Constitution. The order of the single bench was again affirmed by the Division Bench of the High Court
