MALHAR versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
In Art 120 and 14 of the Special Relief Act (I of 1877), Articles 42 and 54, the suit for declaratory and injunctive limitation shows that the prayer was for the declaration that the invalid orders were illegal, invalid, inactive, and the plaintiff. Both were not bound. The following courts misdirected themselves in determining the issue of limitations and in applying Article 14 of the Limitation Act 1908, ignoring the nature of the relief claimed by it in this case. The nature of the relief is being sought in this matter. The limit was governed under Article 120 of the Act, 1908, in which decisions were rendered for a period of six years.
