Section 143 of the Pakistan Army Act 1952, in contravention of Article 2A of the Constitution and the intention of Islam, the High Court rejected, that any witness in this regard was entitled to pardon, including Article 45 of the Constitution. The President of the Pakistan High Court, which was approved under the directive, directed him to extend the amnesty that was approved under the Criminal Code as well as the criminal code of conduct, 1898, and also under Article 45 of the Constitution. Directed the authorities to extend the benefit of Section 382B, CRPC to the accused.
