MITHO versus THE STATE
According to the Section 497 (2) Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 337A (i), (ii) Guarantee, Further Investigation Grant Medical Certificate, one person was injured in the three injuries which were confirmed under Section 337. A. (i), PPI was awarded two years 'RI injury punishable by other injuries, which was confirmed under Section 7 337A (ii); PPC was awarded five years' RI. Being punished, the two convictions are not subject to the prohibition clause of 5 497, CR PC any of the accused was specifically given the role of which one of the injured was injured as only a clear statement was made. They were all injured with their weapons. The accused's case was one of further investigations in which the accused spent 15 months in jail. And still not charged by the trial court, it was alleged that the bail was extended in those circumstances.
