Section 5 and Schedule and 17 Suit for Dissolution of Marriage and Recovery of Divorce Articles There is no restriction on the law as to which suit should be waived first and which should be filed later. Following the dissolution of the marriage settlement order, the articles were filed by the plaintiffs; it was not a violation of any section of the law as the person who presented the list of dowry articles with evidence. Without its preparation, there was no violation of its preparation, this case was not always fatal in the West Pakistan Family Courts Act, 1964. It has been expressly provided in section 17 that the provisions of the Contemporary Order, 1984, shall not apply to proceedings before the Family Court.
