The request for a review of the legality which was entered at the regular hearing could not be excluded because of the prosecution, there was no evidence in the circumstances of the case that the applicant had a notice of expulsion. In any other case, the petitioner's request for a revision of his review request for not prosecuting them before issuing the notice was allowed and the request was restored to its original number.
