Section 302/324/109/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition No 2 accused the accused applicant / accused as well as other persons as per section 302/324/109 / 34 was charged with crimes. The PPC Investigation has been completed and the challan of the case was presented to the trial court under which the accused was presented in column 2 of the challan and the trial court summoned the accused, including the applicant / accused applicant.
