In order to know the reasons assigned to the transfer of the investigation by the Board under Article 18 (6) of the Police Order, 2002, the interchange order of investigation is lacking for reasons, as required under Article 18 (6) of the Police Order 2002. The transfer request was accepted and the transfer order was declared invalid and illegal for reasons and was set aside.
