Section 498 was involved in an offense under the Prevention of Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 365 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) bail, denial of the accused, section 497 (1), Sec. The nature of the allegations against the P suspects was serious and the accused did not join the police inquiry and failed to meet the prerequisites for obtaining bail before arrest but non-acceptance of advance bail by the courts. He was used by the courts, rejecting the slight exception. Accordingly, the appeal of the accused is sought by the Supreme Court to intervene.
