The Board of Revenue's revision order was put aside in practice. Without setting any amendment order, the Board of Revenue could not exercise jurisdiction under any authority. The High Court remanded the case and reopened the review jurisdiction of the Board of Revenue. The application will be decided sooner rather than later.
