The government-owned land-grant policy paid for by the grantees and given to them in possession of their respective grants was sold to the accused as legitimate owners of the land for valuable consideration and the defendants developed. Telling the money, after spending a huge amount of money, the land was finally regularized in the names of the accused. The accused was not found guilty in these circumstances as the land was initially given to the grant / sellers in the dispute and there was no evidence on record to indicate that the grant was a fake person. Were or accused of fraud, fraud or delinquency; the circumstances did not constitute a breach of trust.
