MUHAMMAD RAMZAN versus FAZAL WAHID
O. VIII, R 10 & O IX, Rr 6, 7 & 13 In the pre-order order, the trial court postponed the filing of a written statement by the defendant, however, at that date, they do not present the order Were. On the same day a previous action against it was approved to begin. The justification for initiating the proceedings was illegal, because when the order was passed, the case was not set for hearing, but only for filing the defendant's written statement. And the date for filing a written statement was not a hearing date. The suit could not be revoked from the previous injunction if only the written statement was to be entered on that day.
