The Constitution (Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199) for a permanent injunction was dismissed by the High Court for review and constitutional applications filed against the judgment and order but the facts listed by the courts. There was no set-up or disturbing outcome in regard to the rights and interests of the parties in respect of the suit land, with the consent of the parties in relation to the rights of the parties pending with the Board of Revenue. Ordered to abolish the High Court strictly in the exercise of its discretion and the Board actively in accordance with the law. Revenue for the parties to decide the destiny of the right to land for non-compliance was not legally nor was any question of law of general public importance or arbitrary.
