OMAR DARAZ versus THE STATE
According to Section 497 Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/452/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) bail, the refusal of the accused was pursued and taken into custody according to the FIR. It was, as such, merely the open and secret interrogation that facilitated the widespread injury of the late Alibi by another accused, not to be accepted at such a stage that post-arrest. In the case of, an arbitration order passed by the High Court was issued. The bail is based on the proper judicial principles set by the superior judiciary for the safe management of justice; no legal weakness was encountered, the leave to appeal was denied by the Supreme Court.
