The authority accepted some of the officers' representatives and acknowledged their rehabilitation, but claimed that if the government employee waited for the decision of his representation by the competent authority, his case would have been on merit as well. Did not object to approval of The Supreme Court accepted the appeal through the Supreme Court, set aside the controversial decision and directed the competent authority to decide on the representation / appeal pending the eligibility of the public servant on the issue of remand.
