Section 497 Crimes of adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 10 (2) bail, the FIR as per the accused's grant was legally married and their marriage contract was available. There was no cancellation option. Only by announcing the divorce in the manner prescribed by the husband, or by the Family Court, should the wife be dissolved, on the grounds that the present wife did not accept the said marriage under the Muslim Family Law Ordinance, 1961, which was qualified by the police. There was no identification and the court can proceed in this matter and only on the complaint of the present wife can the matter go forward, the accused was admitted on bail under the circumstances.
