MUHAMMAD IRFAN versus THE STATE
Section 5 (2) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 161 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) punishment, the conviction of the accused was that he was deprived of service because of his conviction and punishment. That he has faced a lengthy criminal trial and other proceedings for a period of ten years and has already served a sentence of actual imprisonment for more than a year and his sentence expires 1/2 year. Only 2 or 3 months left to happen. If the sentence of the accused is reduced by a pre-emption justification, it will serve in the interest of justice.
