The High Court upheld the orders passed by the Revenue and Revenue authorities. The question raised by the applicant in the process of constitutional jurisdiction was that they were not given the opportunity to provide justice for the delay in the legal proceedings and the law helps the perpetrators and despite the unauthorized delay. After obtaining remedies before the forums, after considering the qualifications of the authorities, the case found that the applicant's case was not based on any merit, the High Court refused to take any exception to the High Court decision. Permission denied by appeals from Revenue Authorities.
