In the jurisdiction of the review, the order which was rejected in the jurisdiction was before the plaintiffs and to avoid further delay in settling the case, the relatives of the transfer plaintiff's trial court, all the deceased owners Was ordered to transfer the legacy legally to the plaintiff, and the former Ai High Court was not any kind of discrimination. Earlier, the plaintiffs had properly dealt with the point of emphasis and there was no legal weakness or illegal proceedings under Article 185 (3) of the Constitution which guarantees the intervention of the Supreme Court.
