Section 514 of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/148/149 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Bonds forfeiture of Guarantee Bonds were dealt with in a comprehensive manner, taking the matter into control. And it upheld the session court's order to seize the bonds of bail and impose a fine of Rs 40,000 on each applicant, reached by the High Court that as per law and fixed by justice. There was no question of public importance under the rules. In the situation, the applicant was denied leave to appeal
