Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 302 (b), 337A (II) and 34 of the accused, Shuja Modi, joint-purpose bail, accused of co-accused with further investigation. The accused was specially charged for killing Gaya, who had kept a hatchet, as well as giving a blow to the victim's ear, according to the post-mortem report. There were no related injuries, and the contradiction in the medical evidence and the account of the account, which made one of the current investigations an important investigation, hurt the accused in a post-mortem examination report. The justification role was not found and there was no contradiction between the ocular account and the medical evidence. There was no basis for denial of self-bail. The case was one of further investigations and the accused was granted bail.
