Since the defendants were without jurisdiction, the appeal of the trial court's appeal against some of the defendants was filed in this case and the persons excluded were the defendants in the said case, such persons as the applicants. There was no legal restriction to allow. The order of the appellate court review did not exclude any jurisdictional error
