Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) alleging mismanagement after issuing charge sheet to the charge of bank employees and issue of charge sheet after termination / dismissal of inquiry service and inquiry. The principle of natural justice is that a person who has been charged with the statement of allegations, has the full opportunity of hearing in the domestic inquiry and thereafter a show cause notice is issued, before the decision can be made under removal of the matter.
