Section 8 and 42 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), after hearing the decision of the suit for the possession and declaration of the trial court on the basis of its CH forms, the dispute, suit and occupation of the respective parties. The three suits were rejected, dismissing the appeal of the High Court filed by the parties and the three cases filed in it. In the year idityties60 in which allotment orders for the relevant sections were found in their possession, the disputed property was distributed with the consent of all the residents, who then erected walls around it after more than four decades. Such an occupation cannot be disturbed by the consent of the car. After forty years of litigation between the parties, the Supreme Court dismissed the petition and refused leave.
