MUHAMMAD USMAN versus THE STATE
Article 2302 (c) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), the Supreme Court had granted leave to appeal to consider inter-disciplinary matters, from which the High Court requested the defense to be taken by the accused. Appreciating her was a mistake in making the wrong decision. In establishing his defense request, the admissibility of the evidence was as heavy as the prosecutor's own case against the accused. That the High Court had erroneously stated that the accused had fired his second shot at the victim and exceeded his defense, in which the accused could not lift the weight on the golden scales, which caught the threat that he had seized. The permission was given to the High Court. Bray's appeal ignored the principles of interference in such an appeal as presented in the case reported as PLD 1985 SC 11.
