MUZAFFAR MUHAMMAD ALIAS ZUBAIR ALIAS VEERA versus THE STATE
Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) held that the accused had been sentenced to life imprisonment, hence the accused was sentenced to life imprisonment. The co-accused's case was related to the defendant's case as it was not intended to be his. The reason for this was attributed. Witnesses also supported it, as well as reports from serologists and forensic science laboratories. Which shows that the recovered blanks were removed from the weapons seized by the accused.
