After proper verification, both certificates were found to be forged. In view of such certification, no inquiry or further inquiry was raised. All the necessary customs regarding the Punjab Civil Servants (Qualification and Discipline) Rules, 1975 Was considered and acted upon and did not cause any prejudice with the public servants. The Supreme Court dismissed the plea and refused to appeal.
