ZAKA ULLAH BAJWA versus CHIEF SECRETARY, PUNJAB
R4 (1) (b) (iv) of the Punjab Service Tribunals Act (IX of 1974), the removal of section 4 from the Service Tribunal was maintained when it was found that out of seven charges, only two days. The allegation of absence of a public servant was against the public servant, saying that such punishment was not in accordance with the nature of the charge before the order was retained by the department, the amount of fines applied to the facts of the court. In the matter of question, every issue should have gone. If such an exercise had not been made, especially when the only allegation was proved, the Supreme Court had partially accepted the appeal, and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this significant fine was legally justified. The case was referred to the tribunal to decide if it was or not.
