It would be a prayer to put aside or amend the same effect of the appeal that the respondents standing aside for the purpose of deciding the authenticity of the decision of the subordinate court prayed for the modification of the decree in such document, Notwithstanding the use of such name in the document, the respondent will be considered as filed under section 14 of the West Pakistan Family Courts Act 1964
