Sections 10 (2), 14, 15 and 23 of the West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance (III of 1962), Sections 10, 14, 15 and 23 of the Government of Sindh Notification No. VII (3) SOJ / 75 dated 14 10 1980 all senior civil The Judges were appointed as Rent Controller in their own jurisdiction under Notification No. VII (3) SOJ / 75 dated 14.10 1980 in the exercise of powers under Section 4 of Sindh, Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance 1979 1979. Senior civil judges were in control of the rent under sections 14 and 15 of the West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962, as the controllers of rent within their respective territorial jurisdiction's district judge. Scope of work is authorized, so it could be divided into business under civil courts and thus it was given to the judicial process. It had full authority to withdraw the case from the administrative powers and a subordinate court and submit the same case to another court to settle the case in accordance with the law when the High Court posted the West Pakistan Civ. il Under the section 10 (2) of the Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962, a District Judge, in the absence of any direction on the contrary, the local limits of the District shall be considered as the local limits of the District Judge's jurisdiction. Under section 23 and it shall be empowered to temporarily assign any civil judge to any civil judge in the manner he deems appropriate.
