Such summary cannot be held on the basis of the bureaucratic bottle neck produced by the Authority, not that no such summary was prepared. Summary approval was not challenged, there is no question of termination terms and conditions of service. In this case, the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court was involved. No interference with good results was guaranteed on the basis of the High Court. No question of the law of public importance was involved - in this case the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal and discharged the appeal. Denied.
