Sections 27 (2) and 108 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 constitutional application damaged the imported goods due to unnecessary accident when the authority was allowed to move the warehouse. Applicants to the warehouse were entitled to relief under section 27 (2) of the Customs Act, 1969, after which the goods were damaged. The High Court has directed the constitutional application to direct the Authority to proceed in the matter with section 108 Section 27 of the Customs Act, 1969
