Section 2 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 12 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Allotment Order, setting aside the passing order after the repeal of the Rules of Eviction, by the Provincial Government. The order for the allotment of the order was withheld and the same was tried under section 12 (2) CPC on the basis that the order was obtained through fraud and the fraudulent respondent had obtained the basis. On section 12 (2) the CPC objected to the holding of the petition that the provincial government had objected to the objection of the authority raised by the respondent. Rejected, before it was aware of the whole proceedings, with constitutional jurisdiction, the constitutional petition allowed and the application dismissed under Section 12 (2), CCP, Knowledge, such as the one being applied, was properly rejected because of any other appeal, revision or revocation of the Rio Evacuee Property and Displaced Persons Act (1975), after a time restriction. Against the order of the notified officer, EW was intact, all previous operations in the area with regard to vacant property were canceled by Evaki Property, Professional? Immediately after the repeal of the Homeless Laws (1975) Act, 1975, and all such proceedings, the pending authorities were transferred to the Official Gazette for final disposal by the Authorized Authorities, following the repeal of the eviction laws. Notified by the Provincial Government, all such matters which are sent by the High Courts to the notification officer, were to be dealt with in accordance with the law.
