Section 2 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 12 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Allotment Order, setting aside the passing order after the repeal of the Rules of Eviction, by the Provincial Government. Against the order of the notified officer, EW was intact, all previous operations in the area with regard to vacant property were canceled by Evaki Property, Professional? Immediately after the repeal of the Homeless Laws (1975) Act, 1975, and all such proceedings, the pending authorities were transferred to the Official Gazette for final disposal by the Authorized Authorities, following the repeal of the eviction laws.
