EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES versus REGISTRAR OF TRADE UNIONS
Sections 7, 8, 9 and 22 of the Export Processing Zone Authority Ordinance (IV of 1980), Article 25 of the Constitution of Pakistan, (1973), Article 199 Registration of the Constitution Application Trade Union Certificate for registration of trade union and collective bargaining The Certificate Establishment of the Certificate of Agent, which was constituted under the `Export Processing Zone Authority Ordinance, 1980 ', petitioned that one certificate was issued under Certificate 8, and the other for Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969. Issued under section 22 (1), which contains a certificate of registration. And the Collective Bargaining Agent's certificate was declared illegal and, as such, was invalid, disqualified, with no legal authority, and no legal conclusion that the formation of a trade union was illegal. And was registered with a collective bargaining agent. Even illegal, as was done without the Registrar Trade Union
