Section 396, PPC was not required to be included in Rule 2 (c) of the Schedule and its absence was at the time of the unlimited Schedule 2 (a) (iii) of the Schedule, the Anti Terrorism Court. Had jurisdiction. It is not objectionable on the basis that Section 396, PPC was not mentioned in the schedule
