MUHAMMAD HAKIM KHAN versus SARDAR KHAN
Sections 8, 42 and 54 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 of the Suite of Declaration, Permanent Order Prohibition and Pfp minority were not heard before any of the plaintiffs before the trial court or before the Court of Appeal. Under its revised jurisdiction before the High Court, Plaintiff Hart also failed to make the City Surveying Officer a party to the case because the plaintiff's contentious property was converted into a Record of Rights by the City Surveyor in 1977 while the confession was made. Costumes are available in this regard. After 14 years after the execution of the agreement, the said property was allegedly executed in the year 1963, after the plaintiff failed to claim in her claim for the cancellation of the said entries, the plaintiff's special case was referred to the Special Relief Act. The claimant of 1877 was withheld under section 42. Failure to identify any illegal or irregularities that could justify the High Court reversing the conclusions reached by the two courts below. Illegal jurisdiction, review request dismissed
