MUHAMMAD ABDUL HAQ versus M. SULEMAN KHAN
Section 114 and OXLVII, R1 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Section 5, 12 and Article 173 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) apply for a 20-day restriction on the request for a delayed contract. Excluding the time spent in filing a leave application for appeal before the Supreme Court, the certified copy of the decision to submit the review application was not required. The applicant submitted such copies. Used to file a petition before the court but it has been withdrawn, as well as review review for filing a review application. No further period can be granted to the applicant by delay on the receipt of copies not received for filing of the petition; the basis of the certified copies obtained by the applicant for use of the Supreme Court for delay in filing the review application. Cannot be condoned, but not reviewed for filing purpose, the reason for the delay in filing the petition was not sufficient.
