Section 497 Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 10/11 Bail, 12 accused have been granted trial, the accused abductor has filed a case against the abduction and commission on the adultery. In his statement filed under Section 161, the central accused and the lawyer's counsel withdrew the bail plea of the accused's alleged abductor, CRPC had charged Zina's commission against six accused, including the main accused.
