R 4 (1) (b) (iii) In section 16B, a public servant serving as an account officer was charged with compulsory retirement and fined for taking mandatory retirement from the job, the government employee appealed. The decision which was made under the provisional section 5. There was no jurisdiction of the Employees / Social Security Ordinance, 1965, in which the appellate authority was approved under the Punjab Civil Servant (Discipline and Discipline) Rules, 1965, and in the absence of any authority for review of the said rules, The order approved by the appellate authority was obtained. The final and the same cannot be interfered with the governing body; in the circumstances it exceeded the law. The decree passed by the appellate authority was declared illegal by the governing body without a reversal. Restoration has been instructed
