MUHAMMAD YAQOOB versus SECRETARY COOPERATIVE
Sections 22, 50A and 64 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution of the Maintenance Intellectual Order, was the President of the Cooperative Society accused of the Petitioner and after the said audit, the accounts of the society were audited by the authorities, directed the applicant. Return the amount of Rs. 200, 000 against which he filed an appeal under section 64 of the Cooperative Society Act, 1925. That the judicial decision was pending and a mutual order was passed, the applicant had suspended the above order in the constitutional jurisdiction and the litigation against the inward order was not sustained and was bound to be rejected. Because the petitioner failed to identify any illegality in the order passed by the authorities or the order was passed without any jurisdiction and legal authority, the High Court refused to intervene.
