ATHAR versus THE STATE
Further investigation against the accused, section 497 (2) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), section 302/34, was alleged that he had supplied the deceased with some toxic material which resulted in his death. No direct evidence of was found. It was available against the accused that they had delivered any such toxic material to the deceased, resulting in his death. The accused had no motive and in his investigation, Section HOD Section P, was found innocent and left at his mercy the court found the accused's case to be a crime under all these facts. Was further investigated under sub-section (2) of section 497, the CRPC accused was informed of the ex-offenders that the accused had been granted bail in these cases.
