TAJ MUHAMMAD versus THE STATE
Sections 302/149 and 324/149 of Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) allege that the bodies of the four victims were wounded and that the two injured witnesses used their right to defend their property. Whether or not their persons are being supported by the record, nor even reasonably reliable and objectionable, was the prosecution dismissed by the prosecution to establish its case against the trial court. The High Court had fully justified the finding of the accused. According to the leave of appeal, the accused were denied on the grounds that the allegations leveled against them and the reasons presented in their support were not open to any exception.
