GULFAM versus THE STATE
Sections 302 (c) / 34, 324 and 337f (ii) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) were of the opinion that the High Court, in its true context, failed to resolve the case without appreciating the evidence on record. Was set aside. The court, which acquitted the accused after reviewing the entire evidence, granted the leave of appeal to the defendant to value the entire evidence for safe administration of criminal justice.
