The error of tabulation correction by the examiner scope candidate to qualify for the Grace score was the only one short of the exam, which eventually declared it passed, neither the candidate had asked for it nor the exam. The High Court, while approving the constitutional petition, accepted Article 199 with the directive to respond to the final result in the terms of the Examiner's Report of Constitution Pakistan (1973).
